Roundtree Mental Health Group is an in-person and telehealth practice offering psychiatric diagnostics and psychopharmacological treatment to clients in Tennessee. We offer a highly individualized and attentive focus on our clients’ difficulties, maintain an interest in psychotherapy, and pursue healing and restoration. Our goal is to get to the root cause of your symptoms. However, we will meet out clients wherever they are at in their treatment plan and healing process. We avoid excessive use of medication (polypharmacy), emphasize rational prescribing practices, and employ evidence-based medicine.
Our Services
At Roundtree Mental Health Group, we offer a range of services to clients in Tennessee ages 7 and older.
We treat ADHD, depression, anxiety, alcohol use, bipolar, schizophrenia, insomnia/sleep disorders, PTSD/trauma, OCD, and more.
Psychiatric Evaluation
Our psychiatric evaluation services aim to provide an accurate diagnosis and personalized treatment plan for our clients. We take a comprehensive approach to evaluating mental health conditions to ensure that our clients receive the best care possible.
Our psychotherapy services provide a safe and confidential space for clients to discuss their mental health concerns with a licensed provider. We utilize evidence-based techniques to help clients manage their symptoms and improve their quality of life. While we hope to add a therapist to our practice in the future, we do not offer stand-alone therapy at this time.
Psychopharmacology
Our psychopharmacology services involve the use of medication to treat mental health conditions. We are experienced in prescribing and managing medication to ensure that our clients receive the best care possible. We avoid excessive use of medication (polypharmacy), emphasize rational prescribing practices, and employ evidence-based medicine.
Supplement Recommendations
In addition to traditional psychiatric treatment, we also offer supplement recommendations to support mental health. Our team can provide guidance on supplements that may help manage symptoms and improve overall mental and physical wellness.

Our substance abuse services aim to help clients overcome addiction and achieve long-term recovery. We offer a range of evidence-based treatments to meet the unique needs of each client. We also offer benzodiazepine tapering. We do not offer suboxone or methadone at this time.
