We begin with a comprehensive 60-minute initial evaluation, during which we identify the unique needs and treatment objectives of the individual. Psychopharmacology
Our psychopharmacology services are dedicated to the thoughtful and effective use of medication in treating mental health conditions. With extensive experience in prescribing and managing medications, we ensure that our clients receive the highest standard of care. We prioritize avoiding polypharmacy, emphasizing rational prescribing practices, and utilizing evidence-based medicine. Our approach is rooted in the belief that each individual deserves a treatment plan tailored specifically to their unique needs.
Supplement Recommendations & Labs
In addition to traditional psychiatric treatments, we offer supplement recommendations to support mental health, adopting a holistic approach to care. Our team provides expert guidance on supplements that may aid in managing symptoms and enhancing overall mental and physical wellness. For laboratory testing, we primarily utilize Quest Diagnostics, ensuring reliable and comprehensive lab services to support our diagnostic and treatment processes.
Substance Abuse
Our substance abuse services are dedicated to helping clients overcome addiction and achieve long-term recovery through a variety of evidence-based treatments tailored to each individual's unique needs. We offer benzodiazepine tapering as part of our comprehensive approach. While we do not currently provide Suboxone or methadone, we focus on alternative therapies and support systems to facilitate recovery and promote sustainable health outcomes.
Our psychotherapy services offer a safe and confidential environment for clients to explore their mental health concerns with a licensed provider. Utilizing evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and interpersonal therapy, we aim to help clients effectively manage their symptoms and enhance their quality of life. While we do not provide stand-alone therapy, we are happy to connect you with exceptional local licensed therapists for ongoing support!

Ketamine & Genetic Testing
Located within Restoration Med Spa, we offer Spravato as well as IV or IM ketamine treatments administered by an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). Additionally, we provide the GeneSight Psychotropic test, a genetic assessment that helps your provider understand how your genes may influence medication efficacy and metabolism of certain psychotropic drugs. This testing can identify necessary dose adjustments, medications that may be less effective or require higher doses, and those with an increased risk of side effects based on your genetic profile!
